Materials and quality control

We manufacture components from a wide range of materials, which allows us to serve customers in various industrial sectors. Regardless of the type of raw material, we ensure its proper processing and full quality control.

Each stage of production is covered by technological supervision. We use the check-back principle, that is, systematic control at every stage of the process – from material preparation, through processing, to measurement and final acceptance.

Structural and tool steels:

  • S235, S355, C45, 42CrMo4, tempered steels
  • Hardox, XAR, Creusabro – wear-resistant steels
  • Spring steels, for carburizing, nitriding

  • Duplex, Superduplex, heat-resistant steels


Non-ferrous metals:

  • Aluminum (PA6, PA9, EN AW-5083, 7075)

Engineering and engineering plastics:

  • POM, PA6, PEEK, PE1000, Teflon (PTFE)
